K Medical is funded by NIH phase 1 STTR and phase 2 SBIR. K Medical is a start-up focused on bringing simple-effective healthcare solutions to the market place. Its current project of preventing bedsore is in collaboration with Dr. Jonathan Hopkins as the Principal Investigator with world renowned expertise in Compliant Mechanisms and Dr. Brad Dicianno as the Principal Investigator with Clinical and Pre-clinical expertise in Assisted Technologies.
